Returns are accepted on the pole and hanger if found to be defective (or quality issue). Flags are returnable only if defective (wind or adverse weather damage is not a product defect). Returns must be made within 30 days of the date received to receive a refund. 

​Customers are responsible for shipping and handling when returning items. Merchandise which has been determined defective will be replaced with a like item if within the 30-day return policy period.
